Hotel a Grand Strand

“Everyone was so nice and helpful. The property and room were very nice. Can’t wait to return!”

“I loved the softness of the towels, washclothes and toilet tissue. Beds were firm and comfortable. Loved the sound of the ocean even with the sliding door closed”

“The hotel is old and dirty. When I first got there, the front desk clerk said Expedia did not pay for the room. Instead of helping me, they charged me again. Would not help with Expedia. After 2 hours, between chats and a phone call, Expedia finally refunded what they had charged. That wait was absolutely ridiculous too. All around disappointed in Expedia and the hotel. Breakfast was decent.”

“I've stayed at this hotel twice this year and both times it was pleasant. It's in a great location, has a nice gym, good breakfast options (included boiled/scrambled eggs and sausage links for hot protein), and relatively quick check-in/easy check-out. The rooms could use a bit of updating - specifically, the bathrooms could be re-caulked and have a slight musty smell, the rooms feel a bit humid/damp, and the mattresses are getting a bit old, but I do like that the HVAC units have a "constant...

“Everything was good”

“Very nice hotel. Clean and well kept. Staff very friendly. Best free breakfast I have ever had. I gave it a 4 for two reasons. Maybe it was a dumb AI decision. There were no glasses in the room. I looked in every drawer and shelf. No glasses plastic or glass. I thought it was just a mistake for our room. I called the desk. They said it was a corporate decision. Reminded me of the Bud Lite decision. Brush teeth no glasses. Also no overhead lights.”

“My husband and I had a wonderful, peaceful experience. The staff when we checked in was very helpful and friendly.”

“Amazing staff”

“Wonderful place”

“Nice spot near the beach.”

“My stay was terrible from the moment I checked in. I couldn't get the room I selected online, so I had to settle for a different option. The main issue was that room 1252 smelled like animal urine between the two queen-size beds. We notified the front desk, and I hope they fix the issue before allowing anyone else to stay in that room.”
